Control a browser player

The optional bayo.tv and Remocon integration demonstrates browser-to-browser control. Open the player and controller on the same network and matching service. Start video playback manually once: browser autoplay rules can require a user gesture before remote controls work.

A compatible player advertises its controls for discovery. Commands can play, pause, or select another item. The UNO remote-control example sends TEXT playToggle on #screen; this is an application convention, not a built-in IOSignal media API.

Public player UI and account policies can change independently of IOSignal 7.2.0. For a reproducible first exercise, use the local chat bundle, then implement a player handler with the client API. Confirm actual playback after command reception; a successful send is not a playback acknowledgment.
