Iris group control
Use Remocon iris-group on ESP32-C3 with Bounce2 and FastLED. Four WS2812 LEDs share GPIO4; group and self buttons use GPIO1/GPIO2; status LED GPIO8 is active LOW.
Set the group DIP switches on GPIO21, GPIO20, GPIO10 and device switches on GPIO7, GPIO6, GPIO5. The weights are 4, 2, 1; a LOW input adds its weight. Both identifiers range from 0 to 7. They are read at startup, so restart after changing switches. Boards with identical group and device indices act together.
Group 0 listens to #Iris-g0$states. Send exactly eight TEXT digits: 10000000 enables device 0, and 00000001 enables device 7. All four LEDs on one board change together. Use the matching group number in the workbench preset and server settings.
The group button turns all devices on if the shared state is all zero; otherwise it turns them off. The self button changes only its own position. Each publication sends the complete eight-digit state, so simultaneous writers use last-write-wins behavior. It does not acknowledge every receiver.
On startup a board subscribes without replacing retained state; without a retained value its output starts off. Verify DIP ordering, exact payload length, and group tag before debugging hardware.
