The IOSignal server

The IOSignal server relays channel publish/subscribe and CID messages. Browsers and Node.js IO use WebSocket; Arduino and IOCongSocket use TCP.

1. Start with a Node.js server or the CLI server.
2. Configure authentication and connection addresses.
